The BH Fitness machines are designed to support the weight of any person of average structure, however a maximum user weight recommended is set to ensure safe and optimal training.
Fold your fitness machine in 3 simple steps: Legs, pedals and saddle. Store your stationary bike anywhere.
The weight of the flywheel affects your exertion to start and maintain the pedaling motion. The heavier the flywheel, the more smooth and regular the pedaling.
Deploy the front and back legs to this position.
Take the seat up by turning the wrench counter clockwise. Once the seat is in the desired position, tighten the wrench clockwise.
Deploy the pedals until they are in a perpendicular position to the main body of the machine by pulling and then leaving them in their natural position.
