The weight of the flywheel affects your exertion to start and maintain the pedaling motion. The heavier the flywheel, the more smooth and regular the pedaling.
The SB2.2 has a friction brake which provides an aggressive and precise workout.

Take the front stabiliser bar, place it at the front of your unit and tighten all of the nuts securely. Do the same with the rear stabiliser bar.
Place the handlebar into the handlebar tube and then enter the handlebar tube into the hole of the projection tube. Then place the handlebar in the tube screwing it in clockwise.
Enter the seat tube into the hole on the main body. Then, enter the saddle clamp on the horizontal steering stem, place the seat and adjust it.
Connect the terminals out of the handlebar tube and the monitor. Enter the monitor by sliding it into the main tube.
Screw the right pedal (R) clockwise to clockwise into the right crank marked with an R. The left pedal (L) is screwed counterclockwise to clockwise in the left crank marked with a L.
